PDPA Violation Thread/Post | Need assistance to remove such post.

Dear Mod/Admins,

Even if members like myself post false information, whether HWZ want POFMA me is up to you.
However most do not understand here is forum, everyone have their own opinion especially
pertaining to one's health.

Don't tell me human are universal and how one react everyone can share.
However no one here have rights under PDPA to know one's address, health etc. personal information
here in this forum.

Whether you are sympathy to this I don't care. Let me remind each and every here this a forum.
Everyone have rights to post, you do not own this thread or anyone have no rights under PDPA to disclose
any personal information.

I am exercising my rights under PDPA to remove post in this thread.

If anyone want to take further action against me, remember to me there is violation under PDPA here
when I disclose my personal information on a online forum.

I refer to your comments. No one is stopping you from penning your thoughts. Like you have stated, this is a free forum and everyone is free to have and voice their opinion.

Just because some users have voiced something that disagrees with you, doesn’t mean that it is PDPA or POFMA.
It could be because they don’t understand the full context or situation.

Don’t take every matter personally.

Post 23 and 28 do not fall under PDPA. The forum will not remove this.

Post 26: In an earlier post, it was disclosed by you that you have a certain medical condition. This was quoted by a user who was replying to what you have posted. While it does not fall under PDPA, I see that you have removed the post. We will remove it on a goodwill basis.

We will consider this matter closed noting that we have reviewed all the highlighted posts for PDPA breaches and have taken necessary action.

The other posts do not violate any forum rules that necessitates its removal. My moderators are not here, at your beck and call, to remove posts that are not in alignment with your views.

Having reviewed the thread and posts, I did not see anyone bringing up any personal details other than to quote and reply to a post that was shared by you. The user had also replied that from knowing your asthmatic condition, he/she now understood better, the context of things you had mentioned in earlier posts. So there’s nothing wrong with the post at all, but the forum has removed it out of good will.
