The website is not clear. They say 1 baggage fitting the dimensions given, and 1 personal belongings. But what is personal belongings and what is the size?

On the Japanese website FAQ, the dimension for carry-on items are:

55cm×40cm×25cm (not sure how strict they are on this)

But they were quite particular about the maximum 2 pieces carry-on

same for me too. I was carrying a duffel bag and a few plastic bags of souvenirs from the airport shops, they requested that I combine the few plastic bags into just one bag :s13: luckily not much items

You can go to below link to check the cabin luggage dimension.

http://www.flypeach.com/airports/baggage/carry-on_bag.aspx

Sum of the three dimensions should be less than 115cm (each dimension within 55cm×40cm×25cm); personal belongings may be refer to backpack or handbag ba.

I flew back with SQ yesterday evening & hand carry 20 trays(10 boxes) of fresh strawberries. As per SQ website it says reasonable amount of fruit is permitted. Although the weight is not heavy but each bundle of 5 boxes is equivalent to an old large size computer CPU. Strawberries is another must eat, must buy, must bring back item.

Actually the lady at the check in counter happened to be the same lady at the board gate. Totally no question asked, I'm going to try 40 trays on my next trip. Btw we are a family of four traveling so maybe still consider reasonable amount. Lol
