i had went to NTUC learning hub last time.. they give free earbud and writing material...

I heard that NTUC LearningHub test centre will only resume once Phase 1 ** is lifted. They can only process your booking request once thye are allowed to report back to their office.

So you may want to send email to them at exam@ntuclearninghub.com and asking for exact dates when you can take on-site tests.

Pearsonvue has a better testing environment and provides active noise canceling headphones or ear plugs, which are generally not needed as the exam room is pretty much soundproof. NTUC Learning Hub is situated by the main street and is damn noisy, although they do provide ear plugs but when traffic gets heavy its pretty much useless.

UPDATE: exam test center review..

NTUC learning hub (went there 2 times): the exam room space quite cramp its like typical uni tutorial class like that and squeeze alot ppl.. they provide disposable ear plug.. aircon quite okay... sometime can hear outside road noise.

pearson vue (went once): all their table is face the wall so you can only see the wall and nth else... space is very big and spacious.. give you noise cancelling headphone.. aircon quite cold... very quiet no noise

conclusion: i prefer pearson vue center.

Ntuc learning hub got alot distractions because alot of people. Pearson vue is better

If you have been to NTUC learning hub, the exam center is just alike other room.

If you have not been to NTUC learning hub, the exam center is like a 2 room.

First room is to register yourself. Scan entry should be done below if i am not wrong or before you enter the exam floor (I cant recall 2nd floor or 3rd floor).

After you have scan entry, you register with the receptionists. 2 IDs are required to prove who you are. Including 1 photo ID and second option would be passport (best option).

Once registration is done, you are given a locker to place all of your belongings, including food, water, empty the pocket, keys, no pen, no paper (unless you taking open book test then papers are allow).

The timer start only at the computer, where you click accept the terms / conditions / start exam.

Once timer start, you are free to leave for toilet break or water break or food break. But the time consume for break, are not reimburse.

Most of the exams will tell you pass or fail once you submit. Collect your pass / fail slip at the receptionist.

Went during Dec 2020, can use IC for Safe Entry. They have the scanner to do so.

Location could be noisy but u r being sheltered fr mrt.
For coffee and food wise, there is kopitiam nearby.

Hey, may I know what keyboard is used in the pearsonvue centre? (model number if anyone knows would be helpful). It might sound a bit crazy but I will be taking an exam there soon and I just want to know if their keyboard is the flat type or those clicky type?
