For legacy stuff that I still have Core 2 parts.

Even the Pentium 4 3.0GHz CPU. I see people trying to sell them in the bazaar but no takers...

Can't be use for anything without consuming ridiculous power. Retire it and store the chip. Would be a good auctioning material in the future.
