I rather buy Landmark than this also :o But tbh the design of the condo looks nice..
Maybe can write in to LM developer to ask them change name to One Landmark, One Perl Hill or One Carrot Head Street. People will remember. LOL

Perfect 10, wonder how atas the design and unit will be.
Too many GCB in the area. How to draw buyer?

Can consider address change.. 1 Pearl Hill ? Or 1 Landmark should draw buyers..

Canninghill Piers design looks better though, designed by renowned architect, address and location also shün.

This one looks great, name and address not great no go either.
Agreed

at 3200psf. Might as well buy Cairnhill

Suddenly so many people like Canninghill...

The name for this condo Perfect10 is just weird and doesn't sound luxury at all. There is a radio station with this name. Why would anyone want to say this condo after a radio station name? Developer didn't do his homework.

Probably people will end up calling it "P-One-O"? If anyone ask what is P10, I will give them "why you so ignorant" look and tell them "you don't know is Perfect10 meh??"
