Personal Hotspot problem

Hi, i using my iphone 6 as personal hotspot to link to my laptop to access my outlook mail. But however i cant seems to sent email out using outlook. I think is personal hotspot problem. I am able to sent out when i connect to wireless. I using M1.

Anyone facing same problems? Thanks

1) go to your laptop network preference or managed wireless network. Delete your wireless profile which point to your hotspot name.
2) in iphone go to settings - general - reset - reset network setting. Do take note that this will clear all your saved wireless connection/ssid. You just need to reconnect again. However it works when you have connectivity issue (wifi/hotspot/mobile data etc).
