Personal Loan from HSBC

Hi Guys, i recently apply for a loan from hsbc. just because i wish to purchase some new furniture.

I applied through online for like 5k and 2 years, like 1week ago.
but did some calculation and went down hsbc branch to try apply for 6.5 and 3 years instead today.

how long do i need to wait till i know the results if the loan is approved or no?

You should call the bank to ask

HSBC is the worse bank to do business with.
Charge me annual fees plus interest.
Need me to call them to zero the account, when I already made full payment.
