i need help i didnt study so after secondary 4 they tell me i need go army omg i already do my medical check up...

how to defer?? i ask my parents but they say its better if i go army but i dont want to leave my girlfriend she mean alot to me i hear bmt very shag!! people beat u up when u sleeping they call it blanket potty or something wtf?

im very skinny and weak guy, how do i get pes E? i have many problem like emotional problem sometimes when i take exams i get very stress and sweat a lot and feel like faint

You want to defer on what basis?

Will if your girlfriend is not understanding about you having to complete your 2 years liability, then she doesn't mean anything to you.

Skinny and weak then go bulk up lor? How to get PES E? if you have medical conditions that warrants a PES E then you will get it lor.

Under enlistment act, only those 18 and above are liable to serve National Service, unless you requested to go in early.

Honestly I also experienced the same fear as you about serving my NS. When I was called for my medical review, I was so scared, I thought mindef already asked me to enlist for NS.

At the end of the day, 2 yrs later, I am a better person altogether.

also im 18 because i redo secondary school few times, had family problem soi fail my tests

i want to apply and try ite but they reject me, can i defer and try again next year?

get a salary, have a job, support your GF, and later on ask army sponsor you for studies.

sign on logistics or something that don't require you to chiong into the jungle everyday.

Like a few others in this post gave said, signing on is not a bad thing, especially if you need the income, or just don't want to study anymore.

And you don't need to just apply to the army, there are positions in the SPF and SCDF as well that you can consider. There are definitely perks to being a regular in the SPF, not as harsh training as the NSFs, and you get a lot more freedom....

Don't anyhow advice him! You see the keywords "redo secondary school few times"? He do not even have ITE qualification & SAF will not take him him for career.

why don't you sign on.

You got even ITE qualification like Nitec or not? If not, they don't even consider you for Warrant Officer (encik) scheme & you don't even needs to look at Officer scheme.

$3K? You saw from where? Officer scheme? OCT starting salary only $2,420 (combat) & $1,990 (service) & upon commission as 2LT, salary only between $2,660 - $2,890 (combat) to $2,140 -$2,410 (service). You don't have even a Polytechnic Diploma, so don't needs to see this!

$3K? You saw from where? Warrant Officer scheme? 3SG starting salary only between $2,060 - $2,610 (Combat) to $1,590 - $2,370 (Service). You don't have even a Nitec, so don't needs to see this & there are not even a needs to talk about ME1 scheme!

So $3K your head! Wake up & serve your NS. After that work full time & study part time Nitec (using entry tests since you may not even have a NT GCE N).
