PES C9 But no L-code

Hi I've recently gotten my pes status and i noticed that all I have is a PES C9 but no L, can anyone clarify me with this?

Like is it a problem? because people ask me "C9 L what?" and im like i have no L-code for that, so i am not sure if it'll affect me when i enlist

Define what you mean by "affect"

i dun think you should be worried about it. Not like they will do anything to you, cause you got no L code.
