Hi guys

Just curious on what I have to bring for Enlistment day for PES E?
Have to report to HRI.

I went to the link provided in the letter

iPrepNS | What to bring

and it says that I have to bring

An alarm clock.
Clothes washing powder/detergent.
Basic toiletries (shampoo, body foam/soap).
Extra underwear.
Swimming goggles (usage subjected to respective unit's training schedule and syllabus).
Nail clipper.
Slippers.

Do I have to bring these? I always thought PES E did not require stay in for the BMT and hence do not require the above mentioned items.

I know I have to bring my IC :p

Thanks!

I'm curious about something, for those enlisting in Tekong, parents are invited to look around and meal will be provided. Anyone knows what is the experience like for parents accompanying PES E recruit?

Bring IC that's all. They give you everything on first day. U go home around 8pm. Parents come, separated in auditorium. Recruit go surrender IC tuck in shirt. Then come back to auditorium take oath. Then u talk a while and parents go home. Recruit go for basic briefing and then you go get your clothes and stuff /eat/cut hair. Then thats about it for the first day.
