During SPC 23% off promotion. If I use UOB one for payment. do I still entitled to $3 off $51 gross?

Yes. For the most optimal discount you will have to spend (in multiples of) $66.24 or higher so that after 23% off it will be $51 nett. Then you will get another $3 off, effectively the total upfront discount is 27.53%. If you count the cashback of 3.33% which is equivalent to $1.60, the total savings is 29.94%.

Honestly it’s their loss. I pump at Esso only if there is 23%

Probably management was too busy closing the billion dollar deal.

Real life Example: will you wash your own car to save $15 when you are too busy working on closing deals?
