How high is high? And in general stock provided fans are not sufficient. You will normally want at least 1 + 2 rear and top exhaust and 2 intakes infront

You might want to use floor fan to blow at your pc with side cover open until you get those cooling fans.

How hot is your room, and how many monitors at one time? To even see if it's a casing problem or lack of airflow, you can simply open side panel and test the temps, if really much better temps, then yes can get another fan
