Hey guys, recently my rear audio jack start to have phantom connection and disconnection, and it is very annoying...

It keep doing it continuously by itself randomly on either one of the 5 jack itself...

I tried disabling audio jack via realtek software but I could only disable front panel which is not the culprit...
Next, I disabled Speaker output in the Sound settings in Control Panel but it doesn't work as well. It still pop up the notification.
I can't just disable the realtek hardware as I am using it's optical output.

I also reinstalled the realtek driver, but it is still doing the same thing...:(
No dust/weird stuff spotted at the audio jack itself...

Anyone got any idea what I can do next? Is my motherboard's audio jack up lorry?

I am using gigabyte p67A-ud3r-b3.
