I have no idea too. But singapore is too small a market to make any launch announcement i guess. So far have not seen any philips model not available in sg, but i could be wrong.

Existing oled tv with B&W speaker is oled935, their flagship model. The up coming oled806 and miniled 9636 should have it too i think. Quite a big upgrade for philips tv this year, including 48 Mbps hdmi 2.1, faster processors.....
As you are not using it for gaming, perhaps you want to consider the older but higher end top of the line 65OLED984, available at BD. See it for yourself and compare with 935. You have to see and hear it, then decide.

From what i know, Philips 2020 tv use 4th gen P5 processor and mediatek MT5887 cpu for the android 9. They also does not have black frame insertion.

2021 philips tv use 5th gen P5 processor and mediatek MT5895 for android 10. It comes with bfi and anti burn-in.

The processors are what i am more of a concern especially on android os. The additional burn-in feature is also great for oled. There are alot of other features not found in 2020 philips tv.

So I reached out to Philips via Facebook to enquire about the 2021 Mini LED TVs and this is what they have to say:

I hope they release more info and the stocks soon as if these new series is equivalent to the sets in Europe with 1000+ Local Dimming Zones, this is going to bring Philips back in the LED TV game. They've been offering entry level non-local dimming LED TVs all this time. With this new Mini LED TVs, if they are priced reasonably and can reach more than a 1000 nits of brightness it should be a solid buy.

That's why i pull back on the oled805. Waiting to see the 806 and the mini led. Thanks for the update

There are only 2 philips mini led model announced. 9639 and 9506. 9506 does not come with B&W speakers and only 1500 nit brightness compare to 9639 having 2000 nit brightness. Both are 1000 dimming zones

Nice, one of the poster has revealed that he bought the 65" 9506 for a whopping 2000+ euro. Sounds likes its positioned against the Samsung QN90A. With 1000+ local dimming zones it might just beat the QN90A, if it has a VA panel. The price won't be for everyone if it translates to $4000+ sgd here.

Meanwhile Philips Singapore is still stating that their sales team insists to keep the launch date and price a secret.

I think pml9506 won't be in the 4k range, else their oled806 will need to sell in 5k range, and there is another higher range mini led pml9636 with 2000 nits brightness. Most likely around 3k range, and hopefully lower. Else their oled806 would be very overly priced.

Dun forget samsung is claiming mini led is as good as oled, thus selling at oled price range.
