Any idea what is the new expense ratio after the management fee is lowered to 0.3%?
Just received a dividend cheque from cdp in us$ for BYI.
Is it because my bank savings account is in sgd$, cdp don't auto credit the dividend?
You need to make declaration that you want to receive dividend in SGD .. They will convert to SGD and deposit to your bank acc
Just noticed that the Semi-Annual Report is now available
Expense ratio : 0.93%
(31 Mar 2017)
Net Assets Attributable to unitholders : US$23,889,635
(31 Mar 2017)
Total Assets USD : US$18,741,900
(as at 07/09/2017)
Expense ratio should come down as the fund size grows. However, looking at their AUM in Mar vs current ....0.93% expense ratio is on the high side. Hold for 10 years thats 9.3% of your money gone. Might as well DIY...

Total expense ratio 1.04
Total turnover ratio 9.86
Phillip has failed to grow the fund meaningfully since listing - latest AUM is US$17.9m. With such a micro-sized fund, the 1+% TER is not unexpected, and it would probably stay this bad for the foreseeable futureI see this I scared.
In comparison Australia REIT ETF - VAP has a management fee of 0.23%
What is the difference between BYJ and BYI? Anyone knows?
