Looking for recommendation for cheapest plan with/without contract.

parents seldom use data mostly wifi at home. need free-incoming call and alittle bit of outgoing call.

currently with M1 traditional plan that cost $30+ and contract is due for renewal.

You can't exceed data and calls. They'll cut your service. You have to buy boosts to get more data/calls/SMS.

- 30 mins + 10 SMS: $5
- 200 mins + Free Incoming Calls: $10
- 1GB data: $8
- 2GB data: $12

Yes, 30 mins includes both in & outgoing calls.

My idea is to get my mom-in-law using Circles.Life zero dollar plan and the Starhub prepaid in case she exceeded the 30minutes limit. I bought her the Oppo R11S last December which is a dual sim phone with 4GB/64GB.

Yes you are right. I think very unlikely she will exceed the 30 minutes limit. Now she is using Starhub prepaid card and S$15 card can last more than one year for the voice part. The problem is that data only lasts 6 months and she needs small amount of data using we chat/WhatsApp.

I have signed up with the circle life $0 plan. Do I have to get the $10 free incoming call every month thru the app or its a one time purchase and activate till I cancel?

You've to buy every month, and oh, all the bundle expires on 1st of each month no matter what.
