Phone recommendation for my budget

Hello Everyone,

I did shortlist some choices, hope to get more inputs. My budget is around 250~300 SGD.
Redmi note 3, Leagoo Elite 1, Asus zenfone Selfie, Elephone P9000

I really like redmi note 3 but its official site is always out of stock and i hope to get official warranty.

I will be mainly using for watching videos and for school work.
