Just realised that with iOS11 the photos are not syncing with my apple devices. Anyone also faced such problems locally?

Are the rest of your devices up-to-date and signed into iCloud?
Double check, System Preferences -> iCloud

Oops my iPhone was on low battery mode that’s why. Thanks for the reply.
