heard many ppl who have been to phuket said that things are quite expensive over there, if going there 3-4 days how much $$ to bring?

Now still waiting for hotel in glitch prices haha ....
So far trying to aim 100 or below for 4 or 5 stars hotel for 3 adults per night ...
Is it better to stay patpong area or kathu area ?

Hotels rates in Phuket much more expensive than in Bangkok. And the nearer to the beach, the more expensive it is.
Doubt you can find 4 or 5 stars below 100 there.

Yup, those near beach ones expensive.
Some abt 130 per night 5stars hotel. think is deevana something lidat ...
Hope can find glitch prices lol ...
So far bangkok hotels managed to find Shangri La, Marriott Sathorn apartment, Novotel Hotels @ 1sgd, 65sgd , 90sgd (2bedroom suites with bf). Mode sathorn executive room for 75sgd instead of 180 sgd with bf

Managed to find tune hotel at phuket patpong @ 55sgd TWO nights.
Per night is about 27.50 for two.
Per person per night is 13.75sgd not bad sia !

But room too small 12m2.
room includes air con, tv, wifi, towet lol ...

worth ?
walking to patpong beach far mah ?
read review is abt 10-15 min walk ...

You will probably need to lower your expectations for accommodations in Phuket. Unless you are willing to pay more.

BTW its called Patong Beach not Patpong.
