Does 2nd lower and 2nd upper make much difference ?

Cgpa 3.97 , my final sem is internship then grad liao , if i extend another sem to take additional modules maybe can push up also but then also dunno whether the school will allow anot

depends where u are employed. usually pte dont differentiate. gahmen i heard as much as $500 diff between 2nd lower and 2nd upper.
