go sign facial course.
they help u poke squeeze and apply stuff on chiu face.

or chiu can go see loctor. they give chiu antibiotic to eat and another med to sort of dry your face (oil control). eat liao skin drydry one.

i tried both approach.
both works. but i prefer the facial one. solve the acne problem. loctor one is machiam temporary solution.

not a fan of keep jiak antibiotic and this and that kind of meds. don't think it's any good for body long term.

Drink more water i guess.. my face oily also but then i realise is coz i never moisture my face. So actually the face wanna protect the skin, secrete out oil to protrct, so become oily

Once u put moisturizer shld be okay. But need to find those suitable for u.. korean roadshop brands are quite good

I suggest using Retin-A. Can get online. I think Qoo10 have. It is made in Thailand and it is the only proven thing against pimples. It forces the skin to do a higher turnover sloughing your dead layer so when you wash your face it doesn't clog up.

Retin A is good. Improves skin tone, unclog pores and everything too.

But you’ll have to be fugging careful to ease into it. Skin will peel and be more sensitive to the sun so sunscreen/block is a must. Additionally, there is the initial outbreak IB/purging that you would have to take into consideration too, the cystic acnes from the IB/purging might leave you with additional scars. Take note that Retin A is NOT FOR EVERYONE though. People have gotten the orange peel skin, indents, additional hyper-pigmentation and a whole host of other side effects from Retin A use. Just Google it on Acne.org

I myself used Retin A from a derm with consultation and all, eased into it from 0.01, 0.025, 0.05 and 0.1, zinc oxide & titanium dioxide sunblock and every single damn time I’ve a pimple, it becomes cystic inflamed and leaves me with a scar. I’ve used it from Feb to October so any damn IB/purging would have already been gone by then. The moment I stopped the Retin A, I only get pimples time to time and not cystic acne which leaves me with a scar. You gotta be very very careful on this stuff, it’s not suitable for everyone. Your mileage might vary.

If it’s just pimples and all, just spot treat it with neo medrol acne lotion, benzac, tea tree oil or just regulate your diet and sleeping hours, there’s absolutely no need to go for the overkill with Retin A.

One thing to be a little careful here is the strength as others have mentioned. I took it as a teenager and it worked but by god my skin was dry!

Also mood swings... this could have been teenage angst but one to look out for as it's reported a lot in linkage.
