Place for desktop repair

Hi, I have an Acer Inspiron desktop which suddenly won't start up. Where would you guys recommend I take to get it looked at? Thanks!

Warranty expired liao ah? If not, why dun bring back to Acer service centre?

Expired already, got this 4 years ago! Works more that fine for my home browsing though, so don't want to let go of it.
