Where in Singapore can I get old computers (other than Cash Converters)?

Asking as I looking for computer to train ESXi on at a reasonable cost; needed to do so cos I will be implementing it on a new rig for production purposes (need to figure out how it works and stuff). And also, for fun and educational purposes! :s13:

Thanks!

I checking now, got see two other deals, both i5-2XXX rigs that have VT-d (quite important for EXSi) and cost about 200 to 250:eek:

Now also need to decide if I should go ahead with one of these rigs and see how, or one-shot get a Skylake rig that can do these (and more?) too... :s22:

PS: Can SIC that 350 deal too? (A bit on the high side though...)

Must understand 2nd hand boh warranty any time can kaput and you llst.

Yeah, that's why I also thinking quite hard about these too.

On one hand getting all new parts solve this, but don't know if overkill (i.e. spend too much here which can channel to elsewhere)

On the other hand, using a 2nd hand rig to tong is good idea cos can see how much CPU/RAM needed e.t.c. and then buy accordingly, but got warranty issues e.t.c.

how old computers ? some shops like cash convertor would still charge an ludicrous price for them. it might be better to spend some time to search and buy from online marketplaces. there are no buyers for them, and most sellers would just accept any reasonable money on offer. :D
