Places to get small sized Chinos

Hey guys, any suggestions of places to get slim fit chinos which have sizes of 26 or 27?

Been to places such as Gap, H&M, Uniqlo, Banana republic and etc, the only place where i've been able to find size 26 pants are cotton on, but their colors don't really intrigue me.

Any suggestions? My budget would be around $100.
