current spec listed below. As some of the parts are quite old already, is it wise to reuse them? such as Hdd and power supply. My current case got not dust filter so I think it's better to get a new one

You just need a ssd and a new gpu.

+ 4GB more ram. If CPU more than 2 years, better to repaste new thermal compound as well.
