I have a budget of $900 - $1000 and if possible I would want to get GTX 1060 if not at least a GTX 1050. I also plan to build it in Sim Lim Square, so is it safe to build it from there, scared scam xdd. What are your build specifications or recommendations? The games i am playing are PUBG, Rainbow Six siege, Fortnite, CSGO, Paladins, etc. Please help...:s22:

Sim lim sq AKA local retailers will often quote you 30-40% markup on parts especially SSDs so yeah, building it yourself is definitely alot cheaper. Your choice. What you could do is buy the parts online, then pay someone at Sim Lim to assemble it for you for a price.

pricier, definitely but less performance? not necessary....

What i meant is dollar for dollar, if we compared the same priced AMD system to an intel system, its often true that the AMD would have better performance since you're forced to buy older, less powerful intel chips to keep up with the lower price.
