Playing COD Ghosts and BF4 possible on my rig?

Hi wondering if possible to play the 2 FPS games smoothly - configuration is

I52320 3.0Ghz on H67 board
8GB RAM
Geforce GTX 560 Ti

If there's a need to upgrade, wonder if you guys can recommend which parts to gun for as a start?

possible but have to run at low settings. Tested on my secondary rig with 2600K & Leadtek gtx 560OC while waiting for INTEL to resend me a brand new 4770K.

Yes can run at low settings.

If you want better gpu can consider to upgrade.

But must see your chassis clearance and also PSU how old and how many watts?

State your PSU brand and chassis Brand.
