Hi fellow forum users,

I recently make a reservation for a suite in Grand park Orchard, not knowing that there's a no-refunds/cancellation policy (as i thought most of hotels don't really deduct from your card until 1-2 days before or at least a week before).

So I just went ahead with the reservation (and they proceeded to deduct from my card and i thought that is still normal..), however certain issues pop up and now that I want to request for a cancellation and was told that it is not possible, means my $$$ gone??

Probably. As you mentioned, no refunds/their cancellation policy. Lesson learnt.
