Hi Bros

Want to buy a new com for 1080p gaming. Budget preferably $1k and would like long lasting parts, especially for PSU. Picked some parts and it is over budget (~1.4k). Would like to seek advice on how I can reduce costs?

CPU + Mobo : Intel I5-9400F + MSI B35OM Bazooka - $349
GPU : Zotac RTX 2060 6GB - $489
RAM : Team Vulcan 3000 MHZ 8GB X2 - $119
SSD : Samsung EVO 250 GB SSD - $79
HDD : Seagate 1TB - $58
PSU : Corsair RM Series 650X Gold PSU - $159
Cooler : Cryorig H7 CPU Cooler - $69
Chasis : Coolermaster TD500 RTX - $109

Estimated cost : $1431

Thank you!

downsize gpu, remove cooler..... remove secondary drive

ryzen 2600+mobo = less than $300
ssd = Adata XPG SX8200 Pro 256 = $59
Armaggeddon Kagami K1 Excellent ATX Gaming PC Casing = $34.90

then i believe u can get decent psu @ $99~$120

edit:
erm Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 $74 tho.

CPU + Mobo : Ryzen 5 2600 + Asrock B450M Pro4 - $310.52
(No reason to go Intel between these 2)

GPU : Used Gtx 1070ti with warranty - $250~ or New Gtx 1660 Super - $317.88
(Depending on the games u play u can even go as low as a used Gtx 1060 6gb for $150~)

Ram : Kingston HyperX Predator RGB 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz - $111

Cooler : You can just stick to the stock cooler unless u are overclocking - $0

All prices indicated are taken from Lazada exclusive of the vouchers u may be eligible for

b350 is AMD board cannot use for intel.
can go for cheaper 400-500w psu and dont need to get cpu cooler at this budget (stock good enough)
instead of 250 gb ssd +1tb hdd just spend 145 on a 1tb crucial mx500 (amazon sg) wont regret the choice.
gpu can downgrade to gtx 1660 super at about 320$

if u want 3rd gen ryzen, up your budget 200$ and save your effort just buy from aftershock.

If buy from oversea,
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 + msi B450M Mortar - SGD $250
Team Tforce Delta 2x8GB 3000 MHZ RGB - SGD $95
And AMD stock cooler already enough to cool the CPU.
Cheaper than local 60 and 25 and 69 respectively.

So total can save around SGD $174.
Similar spec can be done in SGD $1257
