Hi everyone, I'm planning to upgrade some of the components in my rig. Mainly for gaming on 1080p (1440p in the future), with the aim of having this upgrade last for at least 3 years. Looking for advice on the build:

CPU: i5-4670k
Mobo: Maximus VI Hero - bundle $607
RAM: Corsair Vengence 1600 4gbx2 - Offer
SSD: Plextor M5Pro 128gb - Offer
OS: Win7 HP 64bit - $115

Consideration:
Case: Corsair 500R - Offer
CPU cooler: Corsair H100i - Offer
Current casing is a CM690. As I'm giving my current rig to my brother, getting a new case for this upgrade is tempting. Plus the OC factor with the H100i.

I have the HDD, PSU, ODD, Gfx, monitor, kb, mouse and other peripherals. Prices are from Tradepac, which makes comparing prices with other shops a little hassle (I know, they are most competitively-priced, but still).

Budget is 1.4k

I see. I was intending to give my rig to my brother so thinking it may be a good time to upgrade.
