Gigabyte 280x can buy in sg, u dun save that much if something goes wrong. Local warranty and selling infuture will help.
Aim for 600w 80+ gold psu from superflower about $109,
the chip can use 4570 since u r not overclocking. 4570 and 4670 not much difference in performance.

Don't worry about the noise from Hard disk, your VGA card is gonna be the loudest. Just feel comfortable with what you are getting. Harddisk, all the brands are reliable, just sometimes unlucky you get a spoilt one.

updated my rig....most prices got from mynextcom. Unless GPU and RAM need to change most likely I will buy everything from them.

TS dont worry. Just hoot and stay with reputable brands such as, Seasonic, Corsair, Superflower, High end CM PSU that are made by Seasonic, FSP Aurum, Enermax Gold.

Avoid PSU like Thortech, Cheap Low end CM, Corsair PSU. iCute.
