He has been harassing the females in this thread and asking for photos. It is making the thread very uncomfortable.

Infractions might have already been given for valid reports. Why do you assume nothing has been done?

We won't ban just because another member asked to do so. Most of the times, a member gets banned because he or she might already have been on the threshold. Of course, other members might just misconstrue the situation as moderators showing bias.

I think it would actually be nice if someone who reported a post could then be informed about what sort of action was taken, if any.

Have you try to write to the Mod/Admin to request on the result of the action taken of the member who you reported.

It may not be of any good idea if the Mod have to report to on the action taken to the one who made the report.. and could lead to abuse by some.

Not sure how this works out but from what i read and understand it would be based on how the Mod who attend to the Reported Post to take action on whatever it deem appropriate.

Even the Admin may not be aware of the result as those given points which they may be entitled to appeal, where applicable.

So far there is no indication on the number of posts being reported and/or any statistic shown.

I'm sure by now you know how this works..

The mod's response to a report need not be a publicly posted response.

They can do so in a PM to the person who makes the report.

Actually sometimes the mod do response via PM or otherwise but not on every occasion.

I ASSUME nothing has been done because even though I started a thread and reported the post, I did not receive a single reply if there was action done.

Even this post of yours doesn't say if anything was done. So was it wrong for me to assume that? Even a "points have been given" post would suffice.

I didn't know until now that you had started a thread specifically to have hackberry banned. I think he also suffers from depression?
