Please do advise on Guangzhou

Hi guys, am back from my trip to GZ.. all 7 nights spend at Holiday Inn Shifu.. Good location I should say but then sometimes the cab driver wont drop u off at the lobby, but at 上下九area and then you have to walk back. Got upgraded to the executive floor 13th and the room is great..haha.

But sad to say, for sightseeing, I only went for the Pearl River Cruise and also Chimelong for the zoo and circus. Water theme park is not yet open till 1st of April. The rest was shopping @ the following places:

上下九 Pedestrian street
北京路 Pedestrian street
白马 - Clothes Wholesale
壹马 - Clothes Wholesale
手表成 (Near to 白马) - Watches Wholesale
Zi lian Gang - Branded Replicas Wholesale
中山八路 - Children Clothes Wholesale

Bro, hows the weather in Guangzhou now? From weather forecasts, I saw is minimum 21deg, maximum 28.. thus no need to bring jackets right ?

last 3 nights of guangzhou was pretty cold because of rain... just came back from GZ ytd.

Hmm.. ate their local foods and also those foods selling at night by the roadside.. we hoot the oysters everyday ! haha.. its freaking cheap ! S$2 for 5pcs..

My wife likes shopping, thus shopping is 1st priority.. haha

Ok leh.. When I go there, in the daytime was cooling enough where u wont sweat..night time if theres wind, u will feel the coldness..

I am not sure if its a club room but is on the 13th floor which I saw in the lift was executive floor. Never used the executive lounge though..
