Please Help!!! Any complete uninstaller app?

Even if I delete any app frm my phone(S3), the files do remain in the phone.

For example, lets say I unistall whatsapp, there is still a folder named whatsapp in the files manager.

So is there any app which can remove the app and it files completely?

i don't know if it works but you can try clean master from ksmobile. you can download it from google play.
