Please help. Desktop cannot boot with weird colors on screen.

Hi

My desktop suddenly stopped working.
When I tried to switch on my desktop, there are some weird colors as shown in the image.
After that, it just hang at the windows starting screen and cannot boot into windows.
Anyone know if this is hardware problem and which hardware is likely to be the failed one? My video card is AMD HD 7950.

GPU likely down. Try a different port see if result is the same, if still getting the problem, and GPU no warranty, time to get new one. Likely is the card itself spoil

I only got one pci-e slot. I tried to remove my gpu and my windows able to boot with the onboard gpu. Does that confirm my gpu spoilt? anyway to test my gpu before buying new one?

To confirm that it's not the PCIe slot, plug into a different pcie slot if you can to test

If same green stripes appear, then it's not the mobo but the GPU.

If you can boot into Windows on different slotz try testing on a stress test

Edit: if you only have one slot, must test GPU on another PC liao

Had the same issue with an old Asus 6850.
To solve it, chuck the cars in the rubbish bin and get a new card. Problem solved.

This is GPU error

Had the same issue with an old Asus 6850.
To solve it, chuck the cars in the rubbish bin and get a new card. Problem solved.

Get a replacement card and please keep the cars.

any good value for money gpu card for gaming? enough for fps like call of duty and games like far cry this kind.
heard it is not a good time to buy gpu as the prices are high due to the mining craze.

rx 460 now.. less then 200 in lazada. If u want better abit then hoot gtx1050 ti 4gb ard 250

Where can I get gtx1050 ti for 250? Lazada seems like selling higher. Any good promo from lazada recently for gpu purchase?
