Please Help! My PC cannot start.

Hi to all the expert,

Problem:
My PC starts, all fans turning and lights on but no display.
PC will go on a power loop, turning off and restart every 2mins.

Things I have done:
1) Took out GPU, connect monitor to Mobo. Same result.
2) Cleaned RAM, re-slot. Same result.
3) Changed PSU. Same result.
4) Took out Batt and put back. Same result.
4) Try to boot with USB. insert USB but no light on USB. Cannot Boot with USB.

Anyone can advise?
MOBO gone?

Try 1 piece of ram in different slot?

Tried every slot one at a time, still not working.
Changed Batt, still not working.
Reset CMOS, still not working.

MOBO or CPU problem?

Most likely mobo is dead.

You want to bring rig to Nigel at PC Care and Solution, #02-32, SLS?
