Please help review my gaming rig

cpu+mobo = Asrock Fatal1ty B150 Gaming K4 + i7 6700 or i5 6500
psu = Superflower Leadex Silver 90+ Full Modular 650W
gpu = palit gtx970 jetstream
ram = gskill 8gb ddr4
casing = nzxt h440
monitor = Dell UltraSharp 24 Monitor - U2414H

Hdd and os not required. Not sure if I should get a 3rd party cooler for cpu since no overclocking will be done. Any advice will be appreciated thanks.

Are you color matching?

I think the processor can move down to a 6500, the premium of the 6600 is not worth the money.

PSU can get the 80 Plus Silver version if you can find it, or even a Seasonic M12-II 620W

Otherwise it is fine to me IMO. As for cooling, Intel stock cooler is fine but if you are looking at aesthetics then you can look at a third party cooler
