Please help with my build

For gaming on 1440p, Hackintosh and mild over clocking (~4Ghz)

$412 - Gigabyte Z77-HD3 (CDL) + 3570k (Intel)
$59 - CM Hyper 212 Evo (Ban Leong)
$609 - Zotac GTX770 2GB (Beyond Geek)
$99 - Seasonic M12lii-520W (Corbell)
$150 - 2x 8GB Kingston 1600Mhz N11 (Convergent)
$155 - Plextor M5Pro 128GB (Convergent)
$79 - Corsair 200r

$1563 (Prices mostly from Tradepac)

(1) The 200r specs mentioned CPU coolers up to 160mm while the 212Evo is 159mm, will there be any problem with it being too cramped?

(2) The 200r specs mentioned GFX card up to 300mm(with drive bay) while the Zotac is 270mm, I supposed it should be perfectly fine right?

(3) Any possible problems/issues with this build?

1) No it will not. Just that it will fit nicely. Any careless attempts at removing the cover may end up with the extruding CPU cooler heatpipes scratching the side panel of the casing.

2) Yes, but u may need more planning on your part to ensure smooth airflow throughout the casing to minimise dust/ keep casing cool when u overclock. Coz long graphic cards tend to chop off internal airflow within the rig into half.

If u intend to overclock, plz make sure u get better mobos to ensure safe and reliable overclocks. The Gigabyte Z77-HD3 is an entry-level Z77 board from Gigabyte. Reliability wise, uncertain coz quite unheard of. The better ones out the are AsRock Z77 Extreme 4, AsRock Z77 Pro3 Gen3 or even Gigabyte Z77X-D3H.

If u r on mild overclocking, a Xigmatek Gaia (Corbell) at $38 is more than enough for u. Achieves the same cooling performance as the CM Hyper 212, but at a cheaper cost. CM Hyper 212 feels like u r paying for the branding instead of performance.

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately I can't change the motherboard due to compatibility with Hackintosh. Over clocking is secondary so if its not stable I can just skip it.
