Please penalize or ban this user

Hello moderators,

You have been extremely vigilant in enforcing the forum guidelines, awarding penalty points and even banning members outright for the most trivial things.

Given this, I find it curious as to why you have chosen to allow this member to threaten other forum users, and escalate tensions to an already mad situation.

What have you done to this user who is openly threatening others and escalating madness?

Nobody died in those trivial situations, yet they were penalized and banned.

What do you think current users who were subjected to the heavy handed treatment by moderators think now when they see nothing is done to this user?
