Then possible that you are super over budgeting it already. With a good gtx card you would probably need to get a good monitor something like 1440p monitor.

Better performance =/= to longer years. Upgrading in the long run gives you more better performance in the long run.

Chassis boils down to personal preferences. Aesthetics look, cooling features, and also accommodations of high end gfx card.

You dont even need an i7 to play games. i5 to i7 the only difference is hyper thread. Games do not utilize hyper thread.

You are probably the 90% whom thinks that i7 is needed for gaming, before doing your own research.
