Please recommend a photo transfer app

Hello all,

I’m actually having some issues with the IOS 11 with the windows 10 photo app. For some reasons it is not transferring or able to detect the iPhone. But if I’m using the Wi-Fi backup and sync transfer app, they are ok to transfer for 50 pics. However, I would like to ask you guys whether what is the app you recommend transferring videos and photos for iPhone backup? Thanks!

That’s currently some issues with the explorer with IOS 11 as stated above. Also, I can’t track with the apple-naming folders. They are in succession but the files do not seem to be in order.
