Please Recommend an Ultrabook Below 1.2k

A very good evening everyone, I'm looking for an affordable ultrabook and the preferences/requirements are below:

1. 2kg and below (lighter the better)
2. 3rd gen i5 processor (worth getting over 2nd gen?)
3. Not too thick, preferably below 2.2cm
4. Min 2-year warranty
5. Touchscreen not required
6. Used mainly for microsoft office, light 3d modeling and gaming (not so important as I have a desktop to do those).
7. Decent battery life
8. Budget <1.2k

Thus far, the best that I've found is the Asus S46CB from the Harvey Norman sale which ends tomorrow. Thanks all in advance for your esteemed opinion!

Asus S46CB is a good choice, it's one of the most worth value laptop out there for that price in terms of specs and reliability.

Hi, it is 999. I just visited HN at funan and it seems the offer will last longer than just until today. A friendly salesman actually recommended acer v5 i3 with 2 years warranty at 899 and it seems pretty good too given that it's a touchscreen.
