Tried adding the above numbers and added Taiwan Country code +886 seems like they are not on whatapps...

Just get any driver at the bus station at chiayi.
Most provide at reasonable price.
Or check with minsu/hotel to get a comparative rate.

If just for transport service from chiayi to minsu/hotel, I think this is the best option, can ask around there for price, take who ever is cheaper.

I am thinking of trying their forest train but the website for the tickets i tried for sometimes still unable to get the tix. it showed "因故該站暫停發售" for the result.
Not sure if I should still go for it.

As I will be having my lugguages along after moving from taichung HSR - Chiayi HSR...i was thinking of meeting the driver at chiayi HSR station to drive me to forest train station and also to unload and keep my luggages.
Not sure if the roadside driver will be trustworthy enough for my luggage and others stuff while I explore the forest rail to fenqihu...
then meet him at fenqihu after my forest train to go up alisan hotel.

how is your experience?

Going in the morning from Taichung, after check in, take minus transport to FQH.
Next day morning see sunrise follow by all the main attractions at alishan. Going cingjing in the afternoon from alishan.

Chiayi lantern festival on 3/3/18 to 11/3/18.
