Please recommend me a computer repair shop

Hi guys, i'm at wits end.

Was playing some games on my desktop and my computer when pixelated and crashed, after which, i could not start up my computer again.

I suspect my graphic card is faulty and it is under warranty still, however i am not 100% sure so i really hope anyone of you guys here could recommend me a legit and reputable repair shop for troubleshooting and repair/replacement.

P.S in case any of you know where the fault lies somehow, i could power on my computer and the graphic card/CPU fan will start spinning (nothing on the monitor though), however after 3-4 seconds, the spinning stops and it auto repeats the whole process above again.

I tried reconnecting all the cables in cased it may be loose too but to no avail.
