I not sure if it's the same but it just took me less than 5 mins to convert 42mins mp4 drama to AVI (128mb => 18gb) using Xmedia recode. My computer not far better than yours (see my profile specs) . Why not give this DaVinci Resolve a try instead of adobe premier pro ?Hi all, i'm using premier pro, most of the time I'm exporting 1920*1080, 60fps video.
It takes around 2 hours plus to export a video of length 40min, I already play around with the premier pro exporting setting, I can reduce the time, but the video quality is much more worst. So i'm thinking is it possible to shorten the exporting time by upgrade my GPU? My budget around $700, willing to add if higher end GPU is worth the price.
I don't want go out there and grab the $700~$800 GPU in the market, I worry my CPU will be the bottleneck to it.
Below is my 3 year's old PC spec, it's not high end though:
CPU: I5-9400F
MOBO: GIGABYTE B365 M AORUS ELITE
GPU: PALIT GTX1660 6GB OC GDDR6
HDD: ADATA XPG SX8200 PRO 512GB NVMe GEN3 SSD
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 2666MHz 16GB KIT * 2
PSU: CORSAIR CX550M 550W
Monitor: Dell S2721DGF
Thanks.
