Please suggest me a MoBo

Hello Gurus,

My friend is using a HP Pavilion p7-1070d desktop but it is getting on with the age.

The specs are:
i5 2500

MoBo - Cleveland
[Manufacturer: Pegatron
Form factor: Micro-ATX - 24.4 cm (9.6 inches) x 24.4 cm (9.6 inches)
Chipset: Intel H67
Memory sockets: 4 x DDR3
Front side bus speeds: 2.5 GT/s

3 PCI Express x1
1 Half-Length MiniCard x1]

4GB DDR3-1333
GT440
300W PSU

He wanted to upgrade his graphic card and bought Palit 750Ti. I think it didn't boost after he swapped the gpu. He thought it might be PSU not supplying enough power and bought Thermaltek 650W.
But still having the same problem and the gpu is ok when i tested in my pc. So, we thought it might be the MoBo problem and thinking of changing it.
Can suggest us a MoBo for i5 2500 n 750Ti? Thank you very much in advance.

No connector as it used Pci-e lane to power the gpu. So, we suspect MoBo problem as the gpu is working when testing on my asrock h81mds MoBo.

If there is another pciex16 lane, try with that.
