this is not acceptable and not the first time he has been banned on accusations of trolling.

I am aware that he never had the intention of trolling and was merely voicing his opinions, sometimes on controversial subjects. this time he was even extra careful not to insult anyone so as to avoid the draconian laws of this forum.

it is an insult to free speech on the forums and proof of the myopic views held by the moderators who enforced the ban. there are far more users who have posted racist, trolling and derogatory remarks who have not even been dealt with.

Petpet has kindly clarified the posts which he got infracted for.

Those posts were directed at a user who knows they were a joke, they were not meant as insults.

In light of this, it was accepted friendly jibing by both parties, and I believe the ban should be lifted.

While I've clarified which posts "cattyfatfish" were infracted for. I doubt the posts made by "cattyfatfish" were meant as a quip.

Well, I mean unless you are "cattyfatfish" himself... Where I would also propose that "theflabbyshark" should be banned as well since clone accounts are not welcomed within our community.

This aside, I doubt the comments were some 'friendly jibing' by both parties. If you could refer to the thread in question.
