PLG microphone @ challenger

Bought a PLG microphone then my PC cannot detect the mic so I went back for refund because the packaging state 7 days money back guarantee, turns out money back guarantee means use to buy other product from them lol.

$6 could have went to waste on a BBT instead, screw challenger.

You have to be specific tho. Buy from Taobao via forwarder, even if damage during transport, good luck. I had to pay $50 for shipping back via expedited post, and still had to pay import duties into China.

Buy from Lazada and Amazon so far their after sales have been superb. Note: Does not include shops that have storefronts in Lazada or Amazon. One retailer of Lenovo laptops didn't even have technical knowledge and just told me to find Lenovo.

My impression of Challenger's in house brands are quite bad. Brands like PLG and Valore, I will just avoid.
