(1) The CPU comes with a stock cooler. Why do you need to purchase the CM Hyper 212 cooler?

(2) Can consider Ryzen 5 2600 for the CPU as it can be overclocked.

i use seasonic 550w gold for 1600, 2hdd, 1080ti no problem. 600 Moooooooore than enough

600W is more than enough.

I'm running 650W on 4770/32GB/2x SSD/4x HDD/GTX1070.

You do not need 700W just for that he is running.

His peak power draw will be less than 350w under full load.

The stock cooler damn loud when load, this CM Hyper 212 cooler is quieter and helps to lower the CPU temp better compare to the stock cooler.

I choose the i5-9400f bcos I think it's better for gaming, this built is more for gaming.
