More efficient cooling and acoustics. Prevents damage to the motherboard as well, as massive air cooler places massive weight on it.

efficient cooling but if OP does not intent to overclock no point. Can save more money and push it to other components. bigger ssd etc.

i5-4460 + MSI H81M-E35 @ 308
2x4GB Crucial DDR3-1600 @ 76
Samsung DVD Drive @ 21
Zotac GTX970 @ 475
Seasonic M12-II 520W @ 95
Corsair Obsidian 350D @ 149
Corsair H80i GT @ 152

Still got room to play with, you can bump the RAM to 16GB if you wish to, or go for the Superflower Leadex 650W for future GPU upgrades.

Though why does he need water cooling? Unless he is looking to OC I don't really see the need for watercooling when it comes to general use.

cos i will oc abit for him not alot cos he wanna use it for long time instead of high performance all the time.

Then don't OC ba... not much real world improvement you can see and it also introduces a little more instability into the mix

haha thanks i will look in to this

Hmmm if no need go for a better PSU like the Leadex Gold and you can up the RAM to 16GB as well.

Nvm, considering you want to do some OC-ing

i5-4690K + MSI Z97M-G43 @ 445
2x8GB Strontium DDR3-1600 @ 178
Zotac GTX970 @ 475
Seasonic M12-II 520W @ 95
Corsair Obsidian 350D @ 149
Corsair H80i GT @ 152

Total 1494

I kept the PSU, but changed the processor, mobo and RAM.

If you want lower then get a H81 motherboard and i5 4460 cpu instead. What for overclock... Waste money.
